In the case of an inquiry, Toyokosei Seiyakusyo Co., Ltd. requires the customers to disclose "personal information" such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address that are necessary for communication.
We handle personal information under the purpose of the Personal Information Protection Law, in accordance with this privacy policy.
This privacy policy is a promise between the customers and us about the handling of the personal information that we request you to disclose.
1. Purpose of using the personal information
We use personal information in the following purposes.
- We use the contact information such as customer's name, address, phone number for the communication.
- We use the contact information such as customer's name, address, and e-mail address to inform them of the content of the purchase, and to confirm of it.
- We use the contact information such as customer's name, history, address, and e-mail address to inform them of the service we provide.
- We use customer's opinions or history.
- We use the contact information such as customer's name, address, and e-mail address to make a reply to the request or the inquiry.
2. Management of the personal information
We manage the personal information by the following systems.
- We maintain the necessary system in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and guidelines and acquire the written oath of handling of the personal information appropriately from the staff.
- We limit the use of the personal information to only operational necessary employees and make a rule about safekeeping, the management such as the mediums which personal information is included in and take precautionary measures for personal information protection.
- About the personal information stored in a system, we prepare for an account and a password so that only the operational necessary staff uses it and carry out authorization management.
In addition, we manage the account and the password not to make any leak and loss, severely.
- We use the contact information such as customer's name, history, address, and e-mail address to inform them of the service we provide.
Assuming a trouble not occurring for the service, the personal information will be deleted progressively after a certain time has passed since the receipt of it.
3. Disclosure of the personal information
We manage the personal information by the following systems.

We won't disclose personal information to a third party without the agreement of the customer.
However, it is not the case in any of the following examples.
a.When there is a request based on laws and ordinances from the public institutions such as a court or the police.
b.When laws and ordinances have a special regulation.
c.In the case, there is a possibility to lose life, body, and property of the customer or the third party, and we cannot obtain the person's consent.
d.In the case, we need to protect our right, property or service from the actions against our Terms of Use and the law but we can't obtain the person’s consent.
- When there is a request of disclosure of the personal information from a customer, we do so only when the person is confirmed.
Note: Method of the person confirmation
Mail a copy of your ID (driver's license, health insurance card and so forth) to us.
We confirm the contents and disclose it as soon as it becomes clear.
